Can I kill a ora_q002 process on 11g?

database 11g.

I moved a tablespace datafile and deleted the old datafile.  I did not get my files system space back after deleting the datafile.  An lsof check of the process show a process ora_q002_<dbname> is holding onto the old datafile.   

Can I kill the ora_q002 process? What can I check for errors?  I don't see any errors, just this process holding this file open.

The parameter file aq_tm_processes is set to 0.
