Declining Balance 20% depreciation Method with Half year rule...for Canada

 Hi

Does anyone know how to set up the above Depreciation Method within Oracle.  We are on version 11.5.10.2.  I do not believe this method is currently provided by Oracle.  It appears I would have to define it myself.

I believe I would need to do the following within the Depreciation Method form.

Method Type :  Flat

Calculation Basis:  NBV

Depreciations Basis Rule: USE TRANSACTION PERIOD BASIS

No Life years

No Prorate Periods Per Year

Rates:  Basic % = 20    Adjusting % = 0    Adjusted %  =  20

I am missing the Half Year calculation.  

I am a bit lost.
