ORA-07445: exception encountered:

 Hello All,

I am getting below error message in my database alert log file.

Errors in file e:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\product\udump\product_ora_4652.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_kghfrmrg+149] [PC:0x4061DB3] [ADDR:0x5BDB21C] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 819228 bytes (XVM subheap of,XVM Storage)

Any information much appreciated.
