Siebel 8.1.1 on RHEL5/Oracle Linux5, RPM downgrade problem

 Siebel 8.1.1 system req. doc. states this:

RHEL5 Update 1 or above.
The following RPMs are required:
libstdc++-3.4.6-3.1
libgcc-3.4.6-3.1
compat-libstdc++-33--3.2.3-47.3 (it is OK)

But it means that we have to downgrade this packages from version 4.1 to 3.4, and a lot of other packages depends on them. How can we solve this?

Our main problem, that we did not installed these packages, and datadirect ODBC hangs with high cpu load.
