IBM zS: character set question

 Good Morning,

I am planning to move our databases from Windows to Linux on z. The DBs on Windows use the db character set WE8MSWIN1252. What should I be creating the new z DBs with to avoid problems with moving the data? It seems odd to create a db on Linux with the Windows character set. But, dbca may let me do it. What is the best option?
