Setting Up a OCSG Server Instance as a Windows Service

Hi,

i want to make OCSG AdminServer and ManagedServer as windows service.
I have successfully done for AdminServer and now i could start it from control panel.
But when i did same thing for my managed server which is on different machine i got following error
