Manual Instructions to de-install Oracle Software

 I am retiring a server which has 7 database and Grid Control installed. I have three ORACLE_HOMES (Database, OMS and Agent). I have succesfully deleted the databases using DBCA. I attempted to de-install the ORACLE_HOMES, however the installer (runInstaller) wold not permit me to go beyond the Welcome Screen. Is there a document identifying how to de-install software manually. I want the de-install to be a clean de-install removing other OS (AIX) files used by Oracle but are outside the ORACLE_HOME's. Any suggestions?
