Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HR and Payroll for Ukraine

We plan to implement Oracle HR and Payroll for Ukraine based company. Has anyone done it before.

As there is no localization for Ukraine, can we use Russia or do we need to use International HR and Payroll. Any help will be highly appreciated
