LPN Put Away Problem

Hi

We have R12.0.6.  In WMS we are facing a problem.

Suppose we have a Quantity of 10 for a product in Warehouse. Against which 6 is reserved for some order. So for internal movements System will alow to Putaway any of 4 LPNs. but rest of 6 it will not allow to putaway.

If you have any idea please help me as we are facing too much problem due to this issue.
