Patching database home

Hi,
I'm having trouble patching database software from 11.1.0.6 to 11.1.0.7.
clusterware home already upgraded to 11.1.0.7

I'm using OUI to install the patchset, and
when pre-check the Oracle Text Patch session,
OUI cannot continue because there are crs daemon processes and java process still running on both nodes.

still i'm confused, i should not shut down crs daemon when patching database home, right?
and when i checked for java process, the only running java process is OUI (on first node)
