Dependent items in Sales Order and invoicing

I have a finished good . There are two dependent items alongwith the finished goods those should appear in the invoice . These are the tool kit and a user manual . These two are purchased items . The pricing of these two items is included in my finished goods . So these are to b sold as FOC items .
I have defined both of these two items as Expense items and purchasable . Also customer order enabled & invoicable as well .
I am struggling to relate these 3 items . How to make these two items appear as FOC and 1 each in qty in Invoice .
