Assignment Status vs Task Status
From time to time our MFS users will update the assignment status of a task to Closed, but - after sync and "Processes Uploaded Mobile Data" runs - the Task Status on the Service Request does not update to Closed until much later... or never. Users have to manually update the Task Status to Closed in the SR. What is at play in the Relationship between the Task Status and the Assignment Status? We wish these two statuses were one and the same, really.
