Currency Conversion Loading

 Currently we are using an unreliable internet web site to download our currency conversions and then uploading them into Oracle GL in order to perform currency conversions in AR.  I would like to investigate more efficient ways to handle this process.  How are other companies getting the currency conversion rates loaded into Oracle General Ledger?
