Stanby database 0RA 01159 0RA 01110

 Being a new DBA I added a datafile/s to Primary without updating standby (we are running in manual archivelog mode).  Received error on standby :

ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors

ORA-01111: name for data file 42 is unknown - rename to correct file

ORA-01110: data file 42:

'/r12/r12dpw/db/oracle/R12DPW/db/tech_st/10.2.0/dbs/UNNAMED00042'

On standby i later on did following

alter database create datafile '/opt/oracle/product/10g/db/dbs/UNNAMED00042' as '

'/r12/r12dpw/db/oracle/R12DPW/db/apps_st/data/a_txn_data04.dbf'

Now i use the cold backup of this standby to create another database and i get the following error .
