Need of nett objects change while upgrade from 11.0.2. to R12

We are in the analysis phase of upgrading Oracle Apps from 11.0.2 to R12.
We need the nett changes in all the objects level (like TABLES, COLUMNS, VIEWS, FORMS, PACKAGES, etc..) from 11.0.2 to R12. This is required for us to complete the customized objects and 3rd party tools conversion. We have some documents downloaded from Metalink about the net changes between 11.0.2 to 11i / R12 but that is not the exhaustive one and its having only about TABLES and COLUMNS level changes.
Can anybody provide the above required details or the source from where I can get the same for the complete net changes from 11.0.2 to R12 which is covering all objects.
