New Install upgrading to 10.2.0.5 - Do I upgrade the database?

 Hello,
I'm installing OEM 10.2.0.5 fresh on a test server.  I installed 10.2.0.1.1 and created the repository database.  Now I am running the 3731593 patch to get OEM to 10.2.0.5.  The documentation I have tells me to install this patch for the oms10g and agent10g, it doesn't say anything about the database.

It looks like there is an update for the db10g.  Should I install this also at this time?

My database from the original 10.2.0.1 install is 10.1.0.4, so I'm guessing it should be upgraded also.
