Agile LDAP User Filed Mappings

 Hello Experts. Looking for some help on a small issue that we have that is turning into a signifigant one.

Scenario: We are using LDAP for authentication and account creation in Agile 9.2.2.6. Hence the account are created based on what the users LDAP profiles are in AD. Some of our users go by a different name than what LDAP populates into Agile. Here is an example. We a guy name William Gomes (not real) All of his colleagus at work know him as "Bill". When they look to find Bill Gomes in Agile, they can't find him because his name in the address book of Agile, is William Gomes
