Upgrading 10.2.0.1 OEM to 10.2.0.5

 Hello,
I am upgrading 10.2.0.1 OEM to 10.2.0.5, I have a patch  p3731593_10205_SOLARIS64 to upgrade the agent and oms directories.  Do I need to upgrade the 10.1.4 db?  Should I?
