What replication options are best and available in 10G Standard edition?

We have a need for a copy of a database to be pushed to an office in Australia from the US.  They can't use the actual master database as there may be periods when they do not have internet access, but they still want a local copy of the database to be available.  So I was thinking some sort of replication might be in order; but we only have Oracle SE on this particular database they need.  Any thoughts out there on what would be the best option and would still be available to SE customers?  And is replication to
