Cycle Count Question

Cycle Counts. We have had a cycle count setup for 3 months. We are counting A items 12 x/year so we have counted them approximately 3 times. I have setup a new 4 day workday calendar since we only want to count M-TH. When I upload the new workday calendar to the existing cycle count, re-initialize and re-launch cycle count scheduler what happens? Will A's have to be counted 12 more times or will it know that we already counted them 3 times and require 9 more counts.
