Move 10gR2 (10.2.0.4) RAC on server A to 11gR2 RAC on server B

 First of all I know 11gR2 for Windows is not released yet. But in preperation for the eventual release I have a question.

I currently have a 10gR2 RAC Database on Server A and I will be creating a new 11gR2 RAC on Server B. I already am prepared for the installation of the new RAC. My question is about moving the 10gR2 database via a RMAN cold backup and restoring it to Server B. Do I just move the coldbackup, recreate the control file and point it to the files. And bring the database up. And once up do I shut it down and upgrade the 10gR2 database via DBUA. I may have already answered my own question but would like confirmation
