Shipments to Mexico - Need to include US Freight Forwarder, Mexican Freight Forwarder, Ultimate Cons

We have shipments which are ultimately destined for Mexico.  However, we only pay the freight to the border so the destination location shows the US border point.  Carriers have now requested that we include the name, address and contact information for the US Freight Forwarder, Mexican Freight Forwarder and Ultimate Consignee on the EDI Tender. This would allow the carrier to contact all parties in advance to make arrangements for crossing the border or handing off to a Mexican carrier. 

Adding additional involved parties on the TransOrder will give me the contact name and phone/fax/e-mail for each of these.  Other than Remarks, how can I get the name & address information for the new additional entities on the order so it can copy to the shipment and subsequent tenders?
