RE: Oracle Support Question - new SR

 This is the first time I have created new SR after the metalink migration. In the old format, once you create a SR, oracle right away assigns an analyst to deal with the issue.

With the new one, I have created SR yesterday and so far, no analyst has been assigned to the SR. I keep updating the SR to assign an analyst to my SR. And I cannot escalate the issue the way you can do in the old format.

Could anybody explain me what's going on with the Oracle Support?
