Database Replication in Oracle

 Dear All,  I want to know about Oracle Database Replication.....
how can it be achived? what are the steps to do Oracle Datbase Replication..
and i have oracle database 10.1 version in two win 2003 server ...
so is it  possible to update another  database Server against changes have been made into First Server ..... and opposite is Possible or not.?that now second server is up and right now it is serving at that time whatever database changes have been made it must be reflected to the first Server...?

Ultimately i want to achieve that Both Servers are synchronized by means of Database at any moment...
