My Primavera Portfolio Mgmt Help

I am new to the current version of My Primavera and have not used P6 in a couple of years, so I need some help.  I am trying to setup My Primavera to show basic views like "All projects with scorecards", "all resource roles with availability by week", "all resource individuals with availability by week", and "selected individuals with availability by week".  I do not have a manual on My Primavera and have had trouble finding one online.  Can anyone give me some pointers in finding this basic info?
