Patch Release groups R12.0.x and R12.1 patches

Customer gets confuse now with the new MOS interface, since patches for R12 and R12.1 are showed in the same search. For example patch 8234295. It has two versions:

8234295:R12.PO.A which is for R12.0.x
8234295:R12.PO.B which is for R12.1

But the readme file says:

This patch is applicable only on top of Oracle Applications release R12.

And when customer search this patch on MOS, it brings two patches to be downloaded for US language. Customer does not know which one to download.

The Classic Metalink had a option to filter the patches per version, so it had the 12.1, 12.0, 11.x, etc.
