pa_events revenue_hold_flag

Hi All,

    We've a requirement of not processing manual events while processing the automatic events. I'm planning to put the manual revenue events on revenue hold while processing the autmatic revenue events. I see a column revenue_hold_flag in pa_events table but i don't see a field in pa_events_pub that supports placing the events on revenue hold.

Any ideas how we can place the revenue events on revenue hold? We don't want to directly touch the base tables.
