Financial Reporting Issue

 Dear All, We are uploading the budget in clearing account of assets so that it could be monitored at the time of purchasing. At time of financial reporting we have the issue because we have to show the cost amount from actual asset account and budget from clearing account for variance analysis purposes. Can you help me please for how should I move in this scenario for reporting through FSG.
