DB Control: Host CPU & Active Sessions (No data is currently available)

I'm running a 10g DB Control for a 10.2.0.4 Standard Edition (64bit) database on OEL5u2 (64bit).  On the 'Home' tab for the Database Instance, my 'Host CPU' and 'Active Sessions' widgets show 'No data is currently available' under the graphs.  The 'Host CPU' does list values for both 'Load' and 'Paging' under the graph, and the 'Active Sessions' does list the 'Maximum CPU' under the graph as well.
I'm not real strong on the EM architecture yet, so I'm not sure where to start looking into this.  Does anybody have an idea how to start debugging this?

Howdy, Stranger!
