BOM_UNEXP_ORG_INVALID error while performing PROCESS_BOM

Im trying to import a BOM using the Business Object API. I get the following error: BOM_UNEXP_ORG_INVALID

In the Oracle Manufacturing APIs and Open Interface Manual it says I'm getting that error because there was an unexpected error while performing a value to id conversion for organization code. How do I fix this? Do I need access to a certain package or table? Could I pass it the organization id?
