DMS: install Oracle Lite clients as non-admin user

 Hi all,

You want to install client by installing Oracle Lite clients as non-admin user to improve security policies

Documentation tells it is possible for Lite 10.3.0.2 but you do not want to upgrade Mobile Servers.

Is it possible to patch current system (10.3.0.1.0) to enable same functionallity ?
