How to add FYI approver in AME

 Hello - I'm still working on my AME implementation (AME.B, 11.5.10.2) and I want to add an FYI notification for certain requisitions.  Again, I'm finding conflicting information on Metalink.  In the implementation guide, it says you can do this, just not how but in other Metalink notes, it says you can't do it until R12.

Can anyone either point me in the right direction to do this or give me step by instructions?  Here is an example of what I want:

If  Account # = x (from requisition lines) then send FYI notification to emp B.

I have created the condition and it works as I currently have it going to emp b as an approval.
