Project Portfolio Analysis

Hi,

We are looking at Project Portfolio Analysis as an option to track/manage our Capital Investment Projects.  I've found the implementation documentation for release 11i but have not been able to locate any info on a users guide for 11i, therefore,  I'm using a release 12 users guide.  If anyone has any experience working with the tool I would appreciate some info on the pros and cons.
