Step by step instructions for upgrading from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4 on Solaris

Hello, I am trying to find documentation on how to manually upgrade a Solaris 64bit database from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4.  Can anyone tell me where I can find this documentation.  I would prefer a step by step guide if there is such a thing.  I have not found any useful documentation on My Oracle Support.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
