Getting rid of concurrent program created when Allow Incompatibility was checked off in a request se

According to Note  262309.1, checking off Allow Incompatibility in a request set automatically creates a new concurrent program called 'Request Set <request set name>'.  I thought unchecking the box again and disabling the new program would delink the two.  It appears it doesn't.  I know there's a utility in oracle that can remove a concurrent program (instead of disabling it) but in this case, the executable is a seeded 11i program (FNDRSSUB) so I don't want that taken away.  Is there a way to get rid of the link created?  Other than the new program being created and re-enabling it, I've done no
