SSL certificate chain validation failed: -6986 in IIS Weblogic plugin

  Folks, I am getting an error in the IIS WebLogic Plug-In that I cannot find a solution for. The code is
SSL certificate chain validation failed: -6986. From what I can tell, I am passing the cert trust. I created a TrustedCA PEM file that has the issuing, policy and root CA that issued the cert for vmseaiam007.ED.cps.myco.com. Until I did that I was getting the good ole. SSL certificate chain validation failed: 3015. I am now past that.

Take a look at the error stack.

 WARN: GetSessionCallback: No session match found
 INFO: SSL certificate chain validation failed: -6986
