Software requirements unfounded

Hi, 

We're processing to upgrade from 9.2.0.8 to 10gR2 and
we'ven't found those requirements software described
on document B19075_02 chapter2 PREINSTALL TASKS "Checking the Software Requirements"
IY64361,IY63533,IY58350,IY65305
So, can we substitute those files by others ones?
