OTL: Locked Timecards
We are experiencing an intermittent issue with approved Self Service timecards not moving from the HXC tables to the HXT tables when the Transfer Time from OTL to BEE is run. Support said that it is due to timecards being locked when the concurrent request is run (this is supported by the timecards moving over once the concurrent request is run again).
I've been looking at the tables and found the HXC.HXC_LOCKS table. There are a number of entries, especially for the current period. There are also many entries from previous periods. Are they showing because these are timecards that were locked and are now unlocked or are the entries timecards that are still in locked status? Is there another table that shows when the timecard was unlocked?
