WMS Skip Task during Pick Load

 If user is picking group of tasks queued to them (same pick slip grouping), they get them dispatched to them in locator sequence - so far so good.

Now there could be scenario whereby the aisle or route is blocked for one of the tasks, so they use [Skip Task] to go to next instead.

However, we want same user to get that skipped task at the end of the group of tasks they are picking, such that they go back and complete the pick for the entire pick slip grouping.

Instead, the skipped task could get re-dispatched to another picker at random.
