Upgrade from 10gr2 to 11gr2 on Windows

We are currently on Windows 2003 EM64T platform running Oracle 10gr2.
We want to upgrade to 11gr2. Though 11gr2 has not yet been released for Windows, as far as I can tell, the chances are that it will never be released for Windows 2003. It will be released for Windows 2008. Question is how does one upgrade to 11gr2 in such a situation?
