Issues with Apex files while applying 6890831

 Hi folks,

I am involved in the setup of a fresh environment, and part of it was to do a 11g DB setup on the AIX 6.1.

I have completed the 11.1.0.6 installation and the APEX and HTTP server setup. APEX version, has been upgraded to 3.2.1.

Today, as I was applying the patch 6890831 [11.1.0.7] i have run into an error.

Error in writing to file '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/apex/core/apex_views.sql' [Permission denied]

On verification, the following is the file permissions:

-r--r--r--    1 oracle   oinstall     635939 12 Jun 2009  apex_views.sql

Further, all the files in this location have the same permissions.
