Exception ORA-06550

  Hi All, 

While defining customers in a new Operating unit we are receiving following message which is prohibiting us from defining customers

"ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'ARP_STAX_6444.ENABLE_TRIGGERS' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_STAX", line 371

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06550."

Kindly guide how to solve this problem.
