Unreserve PO lines (Blanket Release) : is it possible to automatically modify GL Date when previous

I have a question on un-reserving blanket release. Due to their business, our buyers (sourcers) are often modifying their release (qty, delivery place, etc) and when a GL/PO period has been closed, they must go on the distribution line for each unreserved line to manually modifiy the GL Date. They often have some release with several dozen of lines so this modification can quickly become quite time-consuming, and it has absolutely no added value.

I was wondering if there was a way to update this field automatically when unreserving. I suppose at least that it is possible with Forms perso and a procedure, but I would rather find a standard solution.
