ESUs and staying code current -

 We were wondering what others are doing about staying code current?  Are you appling Baseline ESUs when they come out? Are you waiting for a problem to appear to apply a baseline ESU?  We are in the middle of ouy upgrade from XE to 8.12 and will be applying all relevant baseline ESU's before we go live.  What are other companies doing?
