Sales Taxes on Landed costs

edited Jan 15, 2010 8:53AM in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
We use landed costs in the procurement process and add these costs to the total cost of the purchased item.  Some of these costs are taxable so when we voucher match the landed cost invoice we will add the taxes to the voucher.  What our company does and needs is to have the sales tax portion (ex., British Columbia sales tax, Ontario sales tax) be added to the product (ie., item ledger) as we consider this part of the cost of purchasing this product, we cannot recuperate this tax from the government.

In Xe, we had to do a mod to the XT4314ZN  and the F43121, and we will need to do a mod in 8.12 as well

Howdy, Stranger!
