TimesTen : 11g Cache Grids - Aging With AWT

Hello, .
We are thinking about adding an aging scheme to our new CacheGrid
with AWT cache groups.  We have concerns that our data might get
aged out before it is propagated to Oracle.
.
Is this possible to have data aged out before getting propagated?
If no, how does the CacheGrid ensure that changes are propagated?
