DMS: How to open a OLite 10.3.0.2.0 Windows Mobile database on a common Windows PC?

 I just created a db using MSql (oracle lite) on windows mobile device, and need to create tables, add records... It is pretty time consuming to do it using the same msql tool... Is there a tool to do that on a windows PC??
