Cannot view accounting after I did a Project Transfer in Exp Enquiry

Hi All

I did a project Transfer from One task to another in the expenditure enquiry. Am I missing a process as In cant seem to see the create accounting. Is it the PRC Dist Misc Costs process. I ran that still no accoutning.
