How we can delete a project after assignment of project parameters in PJM?

How we can delete a project after assignment of project parameters in PJM?

I have a case where project is in a submitted status and we had applied the project parameters and now that project is no longer required in the system, how can I delete it? Now system is not allowing me as the parameters are assigned to the project.

Please let me know the way of deleting the project.
