Create Journal Entries fails

We are on 11.5.9. Our FA Analyst ran depreciation once and created journal entries. There were journal entries for Additions, CIP and Cost Adjustments. She became aware of a small error (product code -a segment of or Chart of Accounts), rolled back depreciation and journal entries. She corrected the error and ran depreciation again. She created journal entries a second time. Only this time, journal entries for CIP and Cost Ajustments were not created at all. We do have the journal entries for depreciation and for additions. How to correct this issue? I have not found a suitable solution in
